Senior Test Development Engineer

Compensation: SGD 50 - 65 K Annual total package (This includes base + bonus)


Position Brief:

Our client is launching a new product suite and the development has been outsourced to the Singapore R & D center. They want the QA and Test to be done in Singapore as well and therefore, these 2 new roles have been created. You will be working with a team of QA and Test engineers in Singapore and the US.

Prerequisites (No Exceptions)

Must have (No Exceptions):

? 4-6 years of QA experience
? At least 2 or 3 years of Automation experience
? Experience in building regression frameworks
? Intimate knowledge of building performance benchmarks (creating baseline measurements, analyzing competitive data to establish performance merits)
? You must already be based in Singapore. No relocations will be considered
? Good programming skills in C, C++, GUI, Java and scripting languages


Nice to have:

? Knowledge of Process Maturity Models in the industry
? Knowledge of Segue and Mercury products (SilkTest and Silk Performer)
? Experience and/or exposure to GUI testing methodologies
