NYC Video Technology Company (Visible World) seeks C++ Engineers - Entry level to experienced professionals

Visible World is the leading provider of technology and services in the rapidly growing digital video adverting industry.

You will work on extensions or new components of our addressable television advertising system. You will typically work in small project teams of 2-5 people. Projects may involve different technologies (depending on the environment we use C++, C#, or C, on top of Windows platforms, Linux platforms, and even embedded Operating Systems). Almost all projects involve some form of video manipulation (in either compressed or un-compressed format).

Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience as a programmer / software engineer, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Strong, versatile programmer
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail

Mandatory skills:
- C++ or C#
- Windows
- Multi-threaded / multi-processing systems
- SQL

Nice to have skills:
- Linux
- C
- ASP / .NET
- Audio / Video manipulation (either in DV, MPEG, or other formats)
- Real-time Systems
