C/C++ Developer needed in NYC

I have an immediate position for a senior C/C++ Developer for a major client of mine in NYC. This is a full time permanent position.

My client is a leading global provider of data, news and analytics; their product services customers world-wide providing real time and archived financial and market data, pricing, trading, news and communications. It?s a full time permanent Senior C/C++/UNIX Developer.

The position is a senior-level, deeply technical, hands-on C/C++/Multi-threaded UNIX position. They are looking for Engineers/Developers/Programmers, with a strong understanding of, and experience with, Algorithmic Complexities, STL, Design Patterns, TCP/IP or other network protocols, thread. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate the basic C/C++/UNIX/MULTI-THREADED development and demonstrable work experience within this realm. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
